Charles S. Rivchun & Sons either hand selects, contracts to create or personally designs and creates in-house each of the jewelry items featured on this website.  Therefore, the majority of the items displayed for sale are available as a quantity of one. 

Plan ahead! Special order or custom designed items take three to six weeks depending upon the item and time of year.  Rivchun’s will always do their best to deliver an item within your necessary time constraints.

All prices quoted or displayed on our website include shipping insurance costs for the continental United States.  Items purchased on-line will be shipped the next business day following your order confirmation.  Items are typically shipped Federal Express standard overnight for jewelry and UPS for giftware. We will notify you in advance of any exceptions.

Applicable sales tax will apply on all purchases for Ohio residents. Also, Rivchun Jewelers participates in a voluntary regional Great Lakes Sales tax. Therefore, all clients residing in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and West Virginia are obligated to pay applicable sales tax.  We believe you will still appreciate the Value, Quality and Service!

There is no refund on special orders.  We will always do our best to thoroughly review with you and inform you prior to placing a special order.  Likewise, an associate at Rivchun Jewelers will notify you via phone or e-mail prior to placing a special order.

Rivchun Jewelers offers you on-site jewelry repair and setting. All initial sizing is free of charge.

All purchases over $500.00 will be accompanied with an appraisal at no additional charge. Appraisals for items under $500.00 may be obtained upon request.  There is no additional charge.

Hassle-free parking is available to our clients.  Simply park at 740 Euclid-Prospect Gateway Parking Garage (adjacent to the City Club Building).  Bring your ticket to our 5^th floor suite, and we will validate your ticket after you are finished browsing.
